Fun Activities Through Out October in St. George!

Throughout my hectic day Friday (don't get me started!) I ran across some fun activities (while waiting in the Dr's office) for the month of October and decided to compile them for all of you... and me.... so I don't forget about them! Most are FREE or super cheap!

Many of the activities I want to tell you about are already on her list so I'll just 
add some more too it:)

*Expo is free to the public
*Easy to read information of events, road closures and maps relating to the marathon available here

*Tai Pan Trading, 25Main, Deseret Book

*October 8th through 20th, various locations
*Opening Ceremonies are free to the public

*Weekends throughout October plus October 29th – 31st

*$10 per ticket, $2 off coupons available at Wendy’s restaurants, proceeds benefit Washington County School District Foundation

*Trunk or Treat, games, Face Painting, Fun for Everyone

*$18 per witch or $60 for a coven of 4 witches

*Saturday, October 20th and Saturday, October 27th, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Dixie Mud Run(HOW FUN!)
*Saturday, October 13th
*$50 to register, $10 for kids run

*Saturday, November 3st, 5 P.M.
*Free admission, Bring all your pumpkins to be blasted to pieces!

*Prices vary, kids 2 and under are free admission for corn maze and farmland
Use your Dixie Direct card for a 2 for 1 admission (up to 3 admissions free when you purchase 3 at regular price) Save $1 each admission (good for corn maze and farmland only)- you can find a coupon in the Hoo Knows for $1 off as well.

Spooky Town Fair(And THIS!)
*Saturday, October 27th, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
*St. George Town Square
*Free admission, special event tickets sold on site, proceeds benefit Washington County School District Foundation

*Saturday, October 27th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
 *George Washington Academy
*$15 wristbands at the door, $10 in advance at the school’s office starting October 15
*October 31st(HAPPY HALLOWEEN!)
*10:30 AM
*St. George Library
*Pre-school event and costume parade, wear your costume!

**I'll add more as they come. October is by far my favorite time of the year. The weather is just perfect, it's a great month to be born.... the deer hunt is on, orange is a fabulous color, and of course, Halloween! Who can resist all the candy cute little kids dressed up in costume?!
I sure hope you can enjoy a few of these activities and the wonderful season!
