Brand New Fitness Blog: Health Food and Happiness!: Mission Slimpossible!

Meet my niece Crystal! She rocks... and she's pretty funny... and motivating! We are working towards the same goal of running our first half marathon come July 14th! She'll share in more detail how she does it! 

Since financial fitness and physical fitness are really tied together(you don't save money by being lazy!) this blog can really help motivate you too! And if you are already fit... at least encourage her(and the rest of us who are trying to get there)!!!

She also rocks with graphic design!!! Makes for lots of fun reading her blog!

It's important to stay moving and active. This will keep you from getting too fat. There's no point in trying to get huge if you look like a bag full of mayonnaise. My favorite techniques for staying lean are morning walks, and sprint-type conditioning.
