Tip of the Week...

Not on budgeting or saving money but maybe saving time...

Did you know that when you are boiling a pot of water that if you put a cap full of oil in it, the pot won't boil over?

I recently learned this from my father and it works wonderfully. If you happen to be cooking pasta it also makes it so your noodles don't get sticky & mushy.

This saves me time because I seemed to always have an overflowing boiling pot of water and cleaning up after that always takes time!
